This is, again, a highly versatile recipe in that you can also do cream of mushroom soup and mozzarella cheese or any other sorts of cheesy combos!
The best way to save leftovers of this (without rice) is to scoop it into a greased muffin pan and freeze for about 30 min. Remove from freezer, pop out the individual servings, and store in an airtight container ready to be grabbed for a quick meal with some fresh rice.
