Honey Wheat Bread
The most tasteful bread, it can be made into 3 loaves or 16 rolls for sandwiches!

  1. In your KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attached, dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Add honey and stir.
  3. Mix in whole wheat flour, salt, and vegetable oil.
  4. Mix in all-purpose flour gradually. You may not need it all.
  5. Knead in the bowl for about 10 minutes, until the dough pulls off the dough hook easily.
  6. Turn the dough out into a well-oiled bowl and cover. Let rise until doubled, about an hour.
  7. Shape dough into 3 loaves and place in 3 greased 9×5 loaf pans. OR Roll into 16 balls and place on wide cookie sheets.
  8. Let rise for about 20 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
