Ingredients
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4-5 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In your KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attached, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add honey and stir.
- Mix in whole wheat flour, salt, and vegetable oil.
- Mix in all-purpose flour gradually. You may not need it all.
- Knead in the bowl for about 10 minutes, until the dough pulls off the dough hook easily.
- Turn the dough out into a well-oiled bowl and cover. Let rise until doubled, about an hour.
- Shape dough into 3 loaves and place in 3 greased 9x5 loaf pans. OR Roll into 16 balls and place on wide cookie sheets.
- Let rise for about 20 minutes.
- Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
