Peter Pan Trunk-or-Treat

I promised I’d share pictures of trunk-or-treat but I’m afraid I didn’t get a lot of pictures since of course it ended up being a little chaotic getting out the door! I do want to say I just love this growing tradition of trunk-or-treats since it gives kids a safe place to get quite a bit of candy if they go from church to church. And some of our fellow trunks even had games! I’m so doing that next year! So without further ado: our Peter Pan Trunk-or-Treat!

My husband carved Tick Tock the Croc into a pumpkin and placed a pocket watch inside to go with our theme!

I took a blue dollar store plastic tablecloth and glued gold and silver stars all over and then sprinkled glitter glue in different colors to add some sparkle!

You may recognize the Peter Pan banners from Bird’s birthday party! 😉 We had a treasure chest full of little toys until we ran out of those and switched to candy. The kids seemed to really like the choice of toy instead of candy.

I went as Nana and my husband was Captain Hook!

Peter Pan and Wendy! Costumes made by my incredible mother-in-law!
